More than 5000 standard profiles produced normally and for which we have the equipment. We produce to specifications, design or samples from our clients, profiles cut to a design, even in considerable dimensions.
Our production makes use of continuous vulcanising technology, which allows for producing practically unlimited lengths, and a dimensional stability immediately following the extrusion, avoiding undesired malformations due to the use of paddles for positioning the raw product into the curing ovens. Where dimensions and thicknesses of the profile requires vulcanising at low temperatures for considerable times, we offer the solution of curing in an autoclave.
